Three Critical Business-Related Questions that EVERY Coach Needs to Ask Him/Herself (and answer!)
When I get together with your fellow coaching colleagues (who are my clients), I start by getting veeeeeerrrrryyy curious (no judgment!) about where they’re at in their businesses and where they think they need to go. I do that by asking three (and more!) highly provocative questions. ASKING THESE THREE QUESTIONS IS MISSION CRITICAL. The answers are the KEY building blocks for your next year’s biz plan (and if you don’t plan your success, you’re ultimately planning your anxiety-ridden next 12 months). Don’t go there! Instead, ask yourself the following.
On a scale of 1-10, how good of a business owner are you? What ONE THING could you do to move it up a notch (e.g., to go from a 6 to a 7). What would take it all the way to ELEVEN (in true Spinal Tap fashion)???
What are your TOP 3 priorities for 2017? THE.TOP.THREE.
Who or what’s the missing link in your business? Be totally honest.
