What can you expect in an individual coaching relationship with me?

To start, you should know that I’m real, raw, honest, and compassionate, and my coaching and consulting style reflects that. Even more, though, I love to laugh and have fun, especially with my clients, and I WANT YOU TO SUCCEED while doing so with me!

I will help you to build and refine your business by giving you lots of guidance, opinions, referral sources, and mentoring on any and all areas of your business—I’m a fountain of information and knowledge about what it takes to run a coaching business.

My Real, Raw, and Honest Promises to You

I am NOT going to sugarcoat any of my advice to you, guarantee you’ll make 6 figures in your first year in business (or even second or third), or tell you things that aren’t true just so you can feel good about what you are doing.

I want to acknowledge that starting and maintaining a coaching business is not easy-peasy, and it’s not for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. And it’s ALL worth it. I may ask things of you that make you wiggle, squirm, or are outside of your comfort zone…and it’s all geared toward growing your business in a healthy way that is an authentic reflection of YOU.

I believe that you cannot do the job of a coach part-time or on-the-side and expect to succeed, in the long run. You cannot be a slave to two masters. I learned this the hard way…and I know (now) how to create a solid transition plan out of your full-time J-O-B and into a full-time coaching business. I will show you how to do it.

I will share with you all of my templates, email wording, scripts, dialogues, and pro-tips on what works (and, more importantly, what doesn’t) for landing your ideal client. You can borrow and steal any and/or all of it. So many people helped me out along the way by giving me their work to “use as my own.” I want to do the same for you and all my clients. No sense in re-inventing the wheel. Let me show you what I’ve learned.

I am not inexpensive to hire—and that’s on purpose. Money is a filter and I will show and teach you how to charge your worth…because you ARE worth it.

I work with all of my clients on building their businesses, AND I also work with them on traditional self-development-coaching-kinda-stuff, too. I mix consulting on business matters with personal life coaching for my clients. It’s a highly satisfying blend that I think you will enjoy!

I live in Madison, a vibrant college town of about a quarter-million people located in south-central Wisconsin (we are about 2.5 hours northwest of Chicago). I share this domestic life with my hubby, school-age daughter, sixty-something Momma, two dogs, and two cats. It’s a FULL life, and somehow I’ve figured out how to balance it all (most days!). I will share that knowledge with you so that you can actually build a business AND enjoy a life outside of work, too.
