Last Friday, Sara Alvarado and I hosted Soul Play for a Day: A Spiritual + Creative Retreat for Women. What a rousing success! Thirteen women gathered for a day of SOUL PLAY. We were lead in our opening ceremony by Shaman Julie Hogan of the Spiritual Sanctuary, we discussed the meaning and roots of spirituality for each of us, we meditated, we ate a mindful + silent lunch, we walked in nature, we danced together, and we learned to intuitively paint.
