I am proud and honored to share that on Wednesday, October 1st, I am the Arthritis Foundation's WOMEN INSPIRING CHANGE Benefit Luncheon Emcee. I would love to have you cheering me on at the Concourse as I emcee this important fundraising and awareness event for women. My mom suffers from SEVERE systemic arthritis, so I'll be having her join me at this event, and I'll be talking about the impact that arthritis has had on her body (and how she's persevered despite it!). Yoga is for Everyone: Why Body-Positive Yoga Matters
I am honored to present for you another guest post this week, written by my good friend Cheryl Breuer. Cheryl is a certified Curvy Yoga teacher and the owner of Verbena Yoga & Wellness LLC. Above all, every single participant left …

Sara Speaks: Embracing Creativity

It was mainly the spiritual part that attracted me to this new coaching program my coach told me about last year. I knew there was a creative piece to it but I pretended that wouldn’t be a big part of it and I didn’t want it to influence me not to do it. My coach is an artist. And I had it in my mind that I was a business woman with a …
